The liquid is a perfected union of all of the ingredients of an Espresso Martini, pre-batched, pre-made, to perfection and ready to pour.
Flawless nitrogen infusion and a long lasting crema.
This coffee cocktail is batched with our usual super attention to detail and unwavering focus on quality.
Distillation:
Our spirit is made from pure Australian wheat ingredients.
Our Portuguese copper pot separates compounds and boils off our desired spirit, which is then is then captured and then re-condensed into liquid.
Blending:
Firstly, we fortify our Cold Brew Concentrate with our distilled spirit to lock in the flavours, and then combine with liquid sugar and blend for 4 hours.
The liquid is then left to rest for 7 days to allow ingredients to combine and develop.
Our full control over the build makes us mechanically sound. Our coffee and spirits production means the synergy between the coffee, spirit and nitro infusion is flawless. And finally, the implementation and training we provide leaves no stone unturned. This means nothing but the best leaves our building and nothing but the best hits your customer’s lips.
